QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know a lot about stamps?
Not at all. Many members started with a single album or an inherited box. We love helping beginners.
Can I visit before I join?
Yes. Visitors are always welcome at any meeting, no membership needed. Come around 7:00 p.m. to meet people before the program starts.
I inherited a collection. Should I join?
You don’t have to. Bring a sample page to a meeting and our members will help you understand what you have, for free. If you catch the collecting bug, joining is easy.
How much does it cost?
Adult membership is $12 per year, paid by check to the club treasurer at any meeting.
Where and when do you meet?
At the Edgemere Retirement Community, 8523 Thackery Street, Dallas, at 7:30 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays, January through October. See the Meetings page for the full schedule.
See you on Wednesday?
The best way to get to know the club is to stop by a meeting.
